Call Back Software
Call back software was designed in order for businesses to manage call volumes effectively. In busy call centres it is often very difficult to predict when they will have peaks in the number of incoming calls. This means it is very difficult to manage the staff levels appropriately. There is now software available which aims to deal with this problem and offers customers a call back option. Rather than sitting in the queue, customers can opt for a call back and put the phone down, the system will then call them back when their virtual call reaches the front of the queue.
